UK LED Lighting
A UK e-commerce brand selling LED strip lighting for homes, restaurants and commercial interiors, handed to us by a previous buyer with one neglected campaign still running. Over four months we rebuilt the account around a weekly test-and-scale loop and took Meta from ROAS 3.08 to 5.69 on a budget that never moved.

The account came to us from another media buyer with a single campaign still running and nobody watching it. Meta was the only paid channel that could move the number, but the budget was fixed at roughly £2,000 a month and the client had almost no raw material to hand over — no new photography, no video library, no product briefs, and very little feedback on what was selling in the shop. Growth could not come from spending more, and it could not come from assets somebody else produced. It had to come from getting more honest attempts out of the same money.

We started with an audit of the store and its historical purchase data to find out which products actually converted: flexible strip, coving profiles and full premium room fit-outs became the products every test was built around, and the long tail was left out of paid entirely.

We rebuilt the account into two halves that never competed for the same job: a testing campaign that took new angles every week, and an evergreen campaign that only ever received creatives which had already proven themselves.
0
We produced every creative in-house because the client supplied no raw material at all: statics, video cuts and catalogue carousels were written, edited and shipped by us, which is how the account went from 27 live ads in May to 75 in August.

We ran a fixed weekly loop instead of reacting to daily noise: launch the new batch at the start of the week, read the numbers midweek, kill anything that could not hold the ROAS 4 the client needed to stay profitable, and move that budget into the winners before the next batch went live.
0
We kept dynamic product ads running underneath the concept tests as the efficiency floor of the account: the catalogue carousel returned 6.38 in July and 7.24 in August, and it carried the account through the weeks when a new angle failed.
“This account had almost no feedback loop on the client's side, so everything had to come out of the ads themselves — no new photography, no product briefs, no answers about what was moving in the shop. It made me disciplined about one thing: when the client cannot tell you what will work, the only honest answer is to test more, faster, and let the money decide.”
When the budget is fixed, the only lever left is how many honest attempts you get out of it. Going from 27 live ads a month to 75 did not cost more money — it cost more work — and that is what turned a 3.08 account into a 5.69 one. On accounts where the client cannot feed you input, creative volume is the strategy.
