EuroLoans
euLoans runs personal-loan comparison sites that match borrowers with lenders in six countries, and every market values a registration differently. Over two years we ran their Meta Ads across all six from one account, delivering 16,000+ completed registrations on NOK 1.27M in spend by holding each market to its own cost-per-registration ceiling.

euLoans is a Norway-based company running loan-comparison sites in France, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Norway and South Africa. A completed registration was the conversion that mattered, but what it was worth changed from market to market: in South Africa it only paid off at a couple of kroner, while France and the Nordics could carry many times that. A single account-wide cost-per-lead target would have starved the strong markets and overspent in the weak ones. Every registration also had to hold up downstream, in the client's own CRM, where they checked how many sign-ups went on to take out a loan.
0
Set a separate cost-per-registration ceiling for every market based on what a registration was worth there, so South Africa ran at around NOK 1.3–1.4 per registration while France, Germany and the Nordics were allowed to cost more and still pay back.
0
Kept the account structure deliberately linear: each new batch of creatives went into a fresh campaign for its market and site, which kept results readable across 110 campaigns and six countries.
0
Localized and launched the client’s creatives in every market’s language, with at least four launches a month and more often six or seven.
0
Reviewed performance every three to four days against each market’s ceiling, scaling campaigns that stayed under it and switching off the ones that didn’t.
0
Sent the client a weekly report on spend and cost per registration by market, which they matched against their CRM to see how many registrations turned into loans.
“In multi-market lead gen, one blended CPL target is the quickest way to burn a budget. A registration in South Africa and a registration in Norway are different products with different prices, so each market got its own ceiling and every scale-or-kill call was made against it. The client owned the creative; our job was making sure every krone went where it paid back.”
A lead is only cheap or expensive relative to what it is worth in its market. Setting a cost ceiling per country let budget flow to the markets that paid back and stopped low-value markets from quietly absorbing spend, which is what kept a six-market account running efficiently for two years.
