Korean Beauty Store
An online store selling Korean skincare, with a Meta Ads account that had been ticking over on three catalog campaigns. In our first month we rebuilt it into a full-funnel setup of 13 campaigns ahead of Black Friday and grew revenue from Meta traffic five times over, steering by analytics instead of an in-platform ROAS of 234.

The store came to us unhappy with how little its previous contractor was doing in the ad account. Three catalog campaigns were running on autopilot, all aimed at one audience of women 18–65+ with a single ad per ad set: no video, no split by product category, only part of the brand range in play and nothing for people who already knew the store but had not bought yet. Meta reported a lifetime ROAS of 234, a figure nobody could plan a budget around, while the audit showed ad sets for older age groups spending money and returning nothing. Black Friday was a month away.

Audited the account before taking it on and proposed a strategy built on the full Meta toolkit, instead of the three catalog campaigns the previous contractor had left running.

Launched the entire new structure in the first week of November: Black Friday prospecting on static banners, Reels campaigns, category and brand catalogs, prospecting for warm audiences, standard remarketing and dynamic remarketing on viewed and carted products.
0
Split audiences by age for each brand, following the audit’s ROAS breakdown, and gave every ad set several formats to choose between, from catalog frames and carousels to price and discount overlays, instead of one ad on one 18–65+ audience.
0
Briefed the client’s in-house designers on exactly which banners we needed and got them live fast, built around bestsellers from the CRM and the products that sell best in autumn.
0
Judged every campaign on analytics in Looker Studio rather than on Meta’s own figures, and caught that Instagram’s in-app browser was overwriting our UTM tags, so a large share of ad-driven sales showed up as Instagram referral traffic instead of under the campaigns that produced them.
"If you believe in a project, say so and back it with a plan. This account did not need a miracle, it needed the whole toolkit switched on at once, with the client's bestsellers and a fast creative team behind it. Once the structure matched the size of the opportunity, growth followed within weeks."
A channel that already works can still be badly underused. Three catalog campaigns on one audience will never find the ceiling; a full funnel of catalogs, video, prospecting and remarketing, launched together before peak season and judged on analytics, moved revenue five times in a month.
