Mexico Fashion Store
Mexico Fashion Store is an online apparel brand selling trousers, blouses, jeans and everyday clothing for men and women across Mexico. Over five months we rebuilt their Meta Ads around the product catalogue and grew monthly spend from about €10,000 to €25,000–30,000, turning €106K of ad spend into €318K in Meta-attributed revenue at a ROAS of 3.0, against a break-even of 2.2.

The store came to us through Upwork with a clear ambition: to spend €20,000 a month and more on Meta without the return collapsing. Fashion makes that hard: the range is wide, every product needs its own reason to stop the scroll, and a budget that grows too fast burns out the few ads that work. The Shopify catalogue was not ready to carry the account either, with product entries that needed fixing before Meta could show the right item to the right shopper, and the product imagery was mostly stock photos rather than proper shoots.

Rebuilt the foundations before scaling: connected the Shopify store to a Meta product catalogue, repaired broken product entries in the feed and checked that purchases were reported correctly.
0
Built a full-funnel structure around the catalogue: an Advantage+ catalogue campaign for prospecting, conversion campaigns on interest audiences in the middle, and catalogue retargeting with dynamic remarketing at the bottom.
0
Split acquisition by gender and by product: separate campaigns for the men’s and women’s ranges, and dedicated scaling campaigns for the best-selling items, each with its own product-specific creatives.

Produced every creative in-house in Canva, so a new product ad could go live without waiting on a designer, with up to three launches a week.

Optimized several times a week and reported to the client weekly, moving budget into what held and cutting what didn’t, which took monthly spend from about €10,000 to €25,000–30,000 while keeping the blended return well above the client’s break-even ROAS of 2.2.
"Catalogue campaigns did the heavy lifting on this account, and a catalogue is only as strong as the products and photos behind it. In fashion you can't sell the same range season after season, yet the assortment barely changed, and most product images were stock photos or weak AI generations. Those two things set the ceiling for how far the account could grow. If I ran it today, I would use AI tools to produce far more creative for every product and keep the store feeling new even when the range isn't."
Catalogue campaigns can scale a fashion store fast, but they feed on the range itself. New arrivals and decent product photography matter as much as the media buying, because without them the account eventually runs out of new things to show the same shoppers.
